Full Title: Women in Restaurants Leadership This face to face course is open to anyone who is considering pursuing a career in the restaurant industry. Classes meet at the Dallas College Culinary Center, 11830 Webb Chapel Rd #1200, Dallas 75234 and include 4 lecture periods, as scheduled, plus four 8-hour stagiaire experiences in alternating weeks, schedule TBD, at partner restaurants. The course will culminate with a gourmet pop-up dinner served by the students and partnering chefs/restaurants on the evening of October 27, 2025.
